Just a few examples:
- We try to remind our customers when we think that a previous print job is due for renewal. When we ‘phoned one customer about continuous stationery (invoices) we were told that they had a supply for many months ahead. When they ‘phoned us the following week asking for an urgent supply we were able to deliver within 5 working days. Disaster was averted!
- Another customer had planned a large mailing campaign and only realised at the last minute that they had no letterheads. We were able to deliver 10,000 full colour letterheads within 3 working days and the mailing campaign was completed successfully.
- This example also involved a mailing campaign – this time a 4 page A5 leaflet on 250gsm silk card. Finishing involved creasing the card for easy and accurate folding.
We delivered ahead of schedule.
Sometime it is not possible to help our customers but they know that if we can’t help them the chances of other printers meeting their requirements are slim.
